CONCEPT

Every project begins with a shared vision. Through research, creative direction, and collaborative dialogue, we develop the conceptual foundation that shapes the narrative, atmosphere, and spatial identity of a project. Our concept development process includes creative research, ideation, mood boards, storytelling, visual references, material exploration, and early sketches, transforming ideas into clear spatial strategies and compelling creative concepts.

DESIGN

The design phase translates the concept into a tangible spatial experience. Working closely with clients and collaborator, we refine the creative direction through set design, exhibition design, spatial planning, and immersive environment design. Concepts evolve into detailed 2D and 3D drawings, visualisations, material studies, technical details, and physical models when required, ensuring every element contributes to a cohesive narrative.

PRODUCTION

Production transforms the design into a feasible and buildable project. We oversee production management, technical planning, budgeting, sourcing, fabrication coordination, supplier communication, scheduling, and logistics. By connecting creative direction with production, we streamline workflows, reduce miscommunication, and ensure the original vision is maintained throughout every stage of fabrication.

REALISATION

Realization is where ideas become lived experiences. From on-site art direction and build supervision to installation management, technical coordination, styling, and final spatial activation, we oversee every stage of execution with precision and attention to detail. Our involvement from concept through completion ensures each project is delivered as intended - creating immersive environments that resonate long after production.
