CONCEPT
Every project begins with a shared vision and artistic direction.
Through research and dialogue, we develop the conceptual foundation, shaping ideas into narrative frameworks and spatial strategies.
Concept development includes ideation, mood boards, initial sketches and narrative exploration, establishing the atmosphere, intention and visual language of the project.
DESIGN
The design phase translates the concept into form.
We explore different spatial and aesthetic possibilities together with the client, refining the chosen direction into a coherent design proposal.
Sketches evolve into detailed 2D and 3D drawings, visualisations and, when required, physical models. Materials, texture, colour, form and light are gradually developed to define the final environment.
PRODUCTION
During production, the project moves from design into implementation through production management and technical planning.
We develop technial drawings and specifications, coordinate collaborators and suppliers, and establish project budgets and timelines.
This phase includes cost planning, sourcing, fabrication coordination and logistical organisation, ensuring the creative vision is maintained throughout the production process.
REALISATION
Realisation is the on-site execution of the project. We oversee fabrication, construction and installation, supervising all stages to ensure quality, safety and precision.
From build supervision and technical coordination to final staging and spatial activation, we guide projects through completion, transforming concept and design into a fully realised spatial environment.
