HALAL BOYS
A cave-like sculpture shaped by rhythm, transformation, and materiality. Upcycled fabrics, reconstructed forms, and layered textures came together with live music and dance to create a space that continuously shifted, breathed, and responded. The stage itself became a living, moving environment, where silhouettes unfolded through choreography and every gesture was amplified by light and sound.
Studio Role; Set Design and Art Direction
The set design explored the world of Halal Boys—their everyday practice, creative process, and design language. Leftover fabrics from their production were repurposed into various scenic elements, while their signature stitching became the central visual identity that tied the entire installation together.
The space was designed as an interconnected environment, allowing the showroom and its vitrines to remain intact after the performance while transforming into a place where visitors could move freely, take photographs, and continue experiencing the music.
